Jerk Tofu Jamaican Style

What’s Tofu?  According to Wikipedia:

“Tofu (Chinese豆腐 dòufuJapanese豆腐 or とうふ tōfuKorean두부 dubu), also called bean curd, is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. It is a component in many East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines.[3][4] There are many different varieties of tofu, including fresh tofu and tofu that has been processed in some way. Tofu has a subtle flavor and can be used in savory and sweet dishes.”

My mom makes a banging Jerk Tofu!  Trust me friends when I say, I’m a meat lover and there is nothing that excites my pallet more than red meat but magic fingers mom  has mastered Jerk Tofu and I look forward to eating this delicious delight every time she sets it on the table!  “If you don’t know, now you know!”  Jerk Tofu is the BOMB!  Words of a meat eater!
